Objectif<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Le cadre de gouvernance int\u00e9gr\u00e9 GAB\/BAG est con\u00e7u pour r\u00e9pondre aux d\u00e9fis de gouvernance, de tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9 et de responsabilit\u00e9 d\u00e9coulant de l’utilisation croissante de l’aide \u00e0 la d\u00e9cision assist\u00e9e par l’IA dans les op\u00e9rations bancaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Son objectif premier est de fournir un cadre conceptuel structur\u00e9 permettant de s\u00e9parer la production de renseignements de la validation des d\u00e9cisions et de la gouvernance, afin de r\u00e9duire les risques op\u00e9rationnels et de renforcer la l\u00e9gitimit\u00e9 des institutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Champ d’application<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Le cadre s’applique \u00e0 :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • les op\u00e9rations bancaires et les processus de middle\/back-office,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Environnements d\u00e9cisionnels assist\u00e9s par l’IA,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • la gouvernance, l’auditabilit\u00e9 et les structures de contr\u00f4le,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • des institutions financi\u00e8res r\u00e9glement\u00e9es soumises \u00e0 des r\u00e9gimes de surveillance stricts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Le cadre ne s’applique pas \u00e0 tous les secteurs et s’aligne intentionnellement sur les contextes financiers r\u00e9glement\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Qu’est-ce que le cadre ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Le cadre GAB\/BAG est un cadre conceptuel de gouvernance combinant :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • une couche d’intelligence g\u00e9n\u00e9rative (GAB), et<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • une couche d’assurance et de gouvernance (BAG),<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      con\u00e7u pour clarifier les r\u00f4les, les responsabilit\u00e9s et les m\u00e9canismes de validation dans les flux de travail op\u00e9rationnels soutenus par l’IA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Le cadre est pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 dans une phase pr\u00e9-empirique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Toute exploration empirique future visera \u00e0 examiner l’applicabilit\u00e9, les limites et les implications en mati\u00e8re de gouvernance et sera men\u00e9e s\u00e9par\u00e9ment, dans des conditions m\u00e9thodologiques et institutionnelles appropri\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
